摘要
铝合金模板在施工现场存在设计变更不宜过大,运用二维图纸难以表述复杂节点拼装方法,易导致返工及材料浪费等现象。天津市某高层住宅项目为解决铝合金模板整体使用量大,施工前期需标识、倒运、周转模板单体构件,并要求直观、准确地对铝合金模板技术进行交底等问题,以铝合金模板虚拟拼装为切入点,确定关键结构模型后,创建铝合金模板构件库,进行虚拟配模,分析模板受力并优化支撑体系,通过监测构件碰撞问题,深化校正节点,形成具有普遍适用性的基于BIM技术的铝合金模板配模设计和深化设计方法,以指导BIM技术在铝合金模板设计施工中的应用,提高铝合金模板设计配模效率。
The design changes of aluminum alloy formwork should not be too great in the construction site. It is difficult to express the assembly method of complex joints by using two-dimensional drawings, thus easily leading to rework and material waste. In combination with a high-rise residential project in Tianjin and in order to solve the problems of large amount of integral use of aluminum alloy formwork, the single component of aluminum alloy formwork needs to be identified, transported and turned around in the early stage of construction, and the aluminum formwork technology is required to be disclosed intuitively and accurately. Taking the virtual assembly of aluminum formwork as the starting point, the key structural model was determined, the aluminum alloy formwork component library was created, and the virtual framework matching was carried out. Then, the framework force was analyzed and the support system was optimized. By monitoring the component collision problem, the correction node was deepened. Meanwhile, the virtual framework matching was adopted to deepen the design of BIM technology, hence, a universal aluminum alloy framework matching and deepening design method has been formed, which can be used to guide the application of similar projects in the design and construction of aluminum alloy formwork, and improve the formwork matching efficiency of aluminum formwork design.
