摘要
天水体育中心体育馆屋盖为钢网壳结构,结合分块吊装和整体顶升方法施工屋盖,施工过程中结构力学性能动态变化,为研究钢网壳结构的力学性能变化规律,保证结构安全,利用ANSYS对结构顶升过程进行有限元模拟,分析杆件及结构在各施工阶段的应力和变形,并分析顶升过程中结构的力学性能。根据模拟结果,结合施工方法制定合理的监测方案,在现场布设传感器实时监测结构的应力应变。结果表明,施工杆件应力水平均处于弹性范围,结构在施工过程中有较大的安全储备。
The roof of Tianshui Sports Center Gymnasium is a steel reticulated shell structure, block hoisting and integral jacking is adopted, the structural mechanical properties during construction is a dynamic process. In order to study the change law of mechanical properties of steel reticulated shell structure, to ensure the safety of the structure, ANSYS is used to carry out finite element simulation of the structural jacking process. The stress and deformation of members and structures during each construction stage is analyzed. The relevant mechanical properties of the structure during the jacking process are analyzed. According to the simulation results and combined with the construction method, a reasonable construction monitoring plan is formulated. Sensors are deployed on site to monitor the stress and strain in real time. The results show that the stress level of the construction members is in the elastic range, the structure has safety reserve during construction.
