摘要
北京环球影城主题公园某单体建筑屋面为大跨度桁架结构,短边跨度超过75m,桁架杆件数量超过3 400根,如采用常规吊装施工方法,不仅安装精度低、作业量大且安全隐患高。为此,借助双平衡提升器、后锚固基础等提升设备,以桁架端部支撑立柱作为提升支架,进行屋面桁架结构分段拼装、整体提升,并利用全站仪进行全过程监测与调整,实现流水作业。该技术不仅提升了屋面桁架结构安装质量和效率,也保证了结构安全。
The roof of a single building in Beijing Universal Studios Theme Park is a large-span truss structure with more than 3,400 truss members and a short-side span of more than 75 m. Installation accuracy will be low, the operation volume will be large, and the hazard will be high if the conventional hoisting construction method is adopted. Therefore, with the help of lifting equipment such as double balance raiser and rear-anchoring foundation, the segmented assembly and overall lifting of the roof truss structure was carried out by using the end support column of the truss as the lifting support. The whole-process monitoring and adjustment and the flow operation was achieved by using the whole station instrument. This technology not only improves the installation quality and efficiency of roof truss structure, but also ensures structural safety.
