摘要
在季华实验室二期建设项目中采用非同心双层轮辐状空间钢结构,结构具有体型大、变化复杂,制作、测量、高空对接安装难度大,焊接质量要求高等特点。应用BIM及数控相贯线切割技术解决不规整材料制作难题,运用免棱镜全站仪测量技术解决异形钢结构测量定位难题,运用多角度、全方位钢构件连接技术解决大量异形钢结构安装难题。创建钢结构施工模型,以确定构件参数,并利用数控相贯线切割机进行开料、制作,进行测量定位后,保证高空对接精度。
In Phase II Construction Project of Jihua Laboratory, the non-concentric double-layer spoke space steel structure is used, which is characterized by large size, complex changes, great difficulty in manufacturing and measuring high-altitude docking installation and high welding quality requirements. BIM and CNC intersecting line cutting machine technology were used to solve the difficulty in making irregular materials. The prism-free total station measurement technology was adopted to solve the difficulty in measuring and positioning of special-shaped steel structures. And the multi-angle and full-position connection technology of steel components was employed to solve the problem of installation of a large number of special-shaped steel structures. The construction model of steel structure was created to determine the component parameters, and the CNC intersecting line cutting machine was applied in the cutting and making of materials. After measuring and positioning, the accuracy of high-altitude docking can be ensured.
