摘要
北京市朝阳区来广营拆除和改造项目中,屋顶中庭位置需拆除原混凝土屋面,再安装大跨度钢结构屋盖。钢屋盖主梁位于建筑中部,跨度27m,最大截面为H1 350×500×20×60。现场空间有限,无法设置大型汽车式起重机,为确保施工安全,加快工程进度,主梁采用钢支座滑移方案,次梁采用钢索滑移方案。利用小型起重机将构件分段吊装至屋面,通过屋面空间进行构件组装,最后将构件滑移就位后进行安装,有效解决拆改项目中高空钢结构施工难题,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
The project of demolition and renovation project of Laiguangying, Chaoyang District, Beijing, needs to remove the original concrete roof in atrium, and then install a large-span steel structure roof. The steel girder of the roof is located in the middle of the building, with a span of 27 m and a maximum section of H1 350×500×20×60. The space of the project site is limited, so it is impossible to set up a large truck crane. In order to ensure the construction safety and speed up the project progress, the main beam adopts the steel support sliding scheme, and the secondary beam adopts the steel cable sliding scheme. Use a small crane to hoist the components to the roof in sections, use the roof space to assemble the components, and finally slide the components into place for installation. The scheme effectively solves the construction problems of high-altitude steel structures in demolition and reconstruction projects, and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
