摘要
在中山市翠亨新区某项目综合管廊基坑工程中,使用钢板桩作为支护结构。为研究海相软土地层中钢板桩支护体系变形的影响因素,使用MIDAS GTS NX有限元软件构建地层计算模型,通过分析基坑内支撑支护结构的布置间距和内支撑材料强度参数,进行敏感性分析。结果表明,钢管内支撑布置间距在一定程度上控制基坑水平位移,在Q195~Q355强度等级范围内,增加钢管内支撑刚度能有效减小基坑变形值,基坑水平位移最大值主要分布在开挖作业面处,基坑水平位移随开挖作业面距离的增加而降低。
In a foundation excavation project of a comprehensive pipe gallery in Cuiheng New District of Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, the steel sheet pile is used as the supporting approach. To investigate the influencing factors of the deformation of the steel sheet pile support system in the marine clay stratum, the MIDAS GTS NX finite element software was used to construct the stratum calculation model. The sensitivity analysis was carried out by analyzing the arrangement spacing of the support structure and the strength parameters of the internal support material in the foundation excavation. The results show that the horizontal displacement of the foundation excavation is controlled to a certain extent by the spacing of the internal support of the steel pipe. In the strength range of Q195~Q355, the deformation value of the foundation pit can be effectively reduced by increasing the stiffness of the internal support of the steel pipe. The maximum horizontal displacement of the foundation excavation is mainly distributed at the excavation working surface, and the horizontal displacement of the foundation excavation decreases with the increase of the distance of the excavation working surface.
