摘要
应用游离小孢子培养技术获得单倍体,进而加倍成后代完全纯合的双单倍体植株(DH植株),在创制菜心优良自交系和提高育种效率方面具有明显优势。本文总结了菜心小孢子培养技术的发展历程,并提出了现阶段该技术面临的主要问题,以期为今后菜心小孢子技术的进一步发展和应用提供参考。
Doubled haploid plants obtained from haploid doubling by microspore culture technology had obvious advantages in creating excellent inbred lines and improving breeding efficiency of Chinese flowering cabbage.In this paper,the development course of microspore culture technology in Chinese flowering cabbage was summarized,and the main problems of this technology at the present stage were put forward,in order to provide references for the further development and application of microspore technology in Chinese flowering cabbage.
