摘要
从人本主义出发,对我国学校体育育人初心的本然与应然进行溯源,阐释所存异化现象,剖析异化产生原因,同时提出优化策略。研究发现:学校体育育人过程存在固化与规训;育人理念与目标的泛化和偏离;教育实施者注重切身利益;学校体育德育理念存在空心化。针对存在异化的原因提出:重新审视以学生为中心的新时代内涵;健全与强化政策法律的刚性保障进一步完善学段衔接;强化学校体育主体育人作用与纠正社会风气。
From the perspective of humanism,this paper traces the original intention of school physical education in China,explains the alienation phenomenon,analyzes the causes of alienation,and puts forward optimization strategies.The results show that the physical education has the solidification and discipline during cultivating human;exists the generalization and deviation of educational concept and goal;the educational practitioners pay more attention to their vital interests;the idea of moral education in school physical education is hollowing out.For these reasons,it puts forward countermeasures that we should re-examine the new era’s connotation of student centered,improve and strengthen the rigid guarantee of policies and laws,further improve the connection between learning sections,and strengthen the educational function of the main body of school sports and correct social atmosphere.
