体育非遗融入高校发展的智慧治理:现状、管窥与路径 被引量:4

摘要 运用文献资料法,并且结合新时代5G高速物联网、智慧高校融入大数据、AI教育治理决策分析、智慧治理云计算,对体育非遗融入高校的现状展开研究。结果显示:现实困境主要有高校非遗活动离散、政府权责界限模糊、体育非遗资源稀缺以及社会就业环境复杂。并提出针对性的破解方法:积极营造多元参与的传承氛围,推动构建多元共治的治理模式,完善高校体育非遗的实施机制,打造体育非遗新兴智慧产业链,以期为推动体育非遗的保护与传承提供参考。 By using the method of literature,and combined with the new era of 5G high-speed internet,wise campus into big data,AI education governance decision analysis,cloud computing,this paper surveys the current situation of sports intangible cultural heritage into colleges and universities,and gets the result that the main practical difficulties are:intangible cultural heritage activities in colleges and universities are scattered,the boundaries of government responsibilities are blurred,sports intangible cultural heritage resources are scarce,and the social employment environment is complex.And then it sorts out some countermeasures that we ought to actively create the inheritance atmosphere of multiple participation,promote the construction of the governance model of multiple co-governance,improve the implementation mechanism of sports intangible cultural heritage in colleges and universities,and build the emerging wisdom industry chain of sports intangible cultural heritage,in order to provide theoretical reference for promoting the protection and inheritance of sports intangible cultural heritage.
