摘要
采用文献资料法,以信息化进入农村学校体育治理场域为背景,探讨了信息化驱动农村学校体育治理的本质特征,综合概括为“三化”过程。对共享发展理念下信息化驱动农村学校体育治理的现实困境进行调查,从中发现信息化终端从“没得用”向“都会用”转换过程缓慢,农村学校体育信息化标准程度不高,信息化驱动农村学校体育治理的广度和深度不够等问题。据此提出治理策略,即因时制宜,大力围绕信息化建设农村学校体育治理;统一标准,精细再造信息化农村学校体育治理全过程;开发特色,着力延伸“家校”与“校社”共同治理网络。
By using the method of literature,with the background of informationization entering the field of physical education management in rural schools,this paper discusses the essential characteristics of village school sports governance that are summarized as the process of"three modernizations";and finds out the practical dilemma,such as the slow transformation process of informatization terminal from"useless"to"can be used",the low degree of informatization standard,and the insufficient breadth and depth of governance.Accordingly,it proposes that we should adjust measures to the time,unify standards,and develop characteristics to extend the joint governance network of“home-school"”and“school-society”.
