摘要
环氧树脂生产过程中产生大量的环氧氯丙烷、甲苯等有机废气,本试验采用酚醛基活性炭纤维(PACF)对其进行吸附处理。试验结果表明,当进口废气流量为1.4 L/min,浓度为1000 mg/m^(3)时,PACF穿透吸附量最佳,最高为394 mg/g。PACF多次循环使用后,穿透吸附量仍保持在255 mg/g左右,吸附性能良好。
During the production of epoxy resin,a large amount of organic waste gas such as epichlorohydrin and toluene is produced,in this experiment,phenolic activated carbon fiber(PACF)is used for adsorption treatment.The experiment results show that when the inlet exhaust gas flow is 1.4 L/min and the concentration is 1000 mg/m^(3),the breakthrough adsorption capacity of PACF is the best,and the highest is 394 mg/g.After repeated use of PACF,the breakthrough adsorption capacity remains at about 255 mg/g,and the adsorption performance is good.
