餐厨垃圾处理厂预处理工艺应用分析

Application Analysis of Pretreatment Process in Kitchen Waste Treatment Plant

西南地区某餐厨垃圾处理厂处理的餐厨垃圾具有鲜明的物料特性,其含水率高,有机物、纤维、贝类和辣椒籽含量高,油脂含量高。分析后,该餐厨垃圾处理厂选用大物质分选-破碎制浆分选-除砂除杂-油脂提取的综合预处理工艺。实际运行结果表明,各单元杂质去除效果较好,提油率高达93%,油脂含杂率低于3%,有机质损失率低于10%,整体处理效果较好。

The kitchen waste treated by a kitchen waste treatment plant in Southwest China has distinct material characteristics,including high moisture content,high organic matter,fiber,shellfish and pepper seed content,and high oil content.After analysis,the kitchen waste treatment plant adopts a comprehensive pretreatment process of bulk material sorting-crushing and pulping sorting-sand removal and impurity removal-oil extraction.The actual operation results show that the impurity removal effect of each unit is good,the oil extraction rate is as high as 93%,the oil impurity content is less than 3%,and the organic matter loss rate is less than 10%,and the overall treatment effect is good.
