污水处理中新型无机除磷填料的研究进展

摘要 磷是导致水体富营养化的主要污染物之一,污水中排放的磷是水体磷的主要来源之一。化学除磷成本相对较高,除磷填料已成为强化污水除磷的重要手段。本文分析了不同无机除磷填料的物理特性,研究了烧结法、免烧法、改性法等填料制备方法的使用条件,探讨了影响无机除磷填料效果的因素,综述了其在污水处理工艺中的应用,以推进无机除磷填料的发展,提高污水处理水平。 Phosphorus is one of the main pollutants leading to eutrophication of water bodies,and phosphorus discharged from sewage is one of the main sources of phosphorus in water bodies.The cost of chemical phosphorus removal is relatively high,and phosphorus removal fillers have become an important means to strengthen phosphorus removal from sewage.This paper analyzes the physical properties of different inorganic phosphorus removal fillers,studies the use conditions of filler preparation methods such as sintering,non-burning,and modification methods,discusses the factors that affect the effect of inorganic phosphorus removal fillers,and reviews its application in sewage treatment process,in order to promote the development of inorganic phosphorus removal fillers and improve the level of sewage treatment.
