体位放置的舒适护理在患儿腹腔镜巨结肠根治术的应用价值

Application value of comfortable nursing in position placement in children undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of megacolon

目的:探讨舒适护理原则下进行体位位置在腹腔镜巨结肠根治术中的临床应用价值。方法:选择我院2020年2月-2021年6月收治的行腹腔镜巨结肠根治术的患儿78例作为本次研究对象,按照抽签法的形式对患儿进行分组,研究组和对照组各39例,对照组采取常规护理,研究组实施体位位置的舒适护理干预,比较两组的护理满意度、舒适度、24h内并发症、手术指标、生命体征、皮肤受损情况。结果:研究组护理满意度(94.87%)高于对照组(76.92%),研究组舒适度(92.31%)高于对照组(71.79%),与对照组比较,研究组手术失血量少,术后患儿应用抗生素的时间短,住院时间较短,收缩压、舒张压以及心率较优,研究组皮肤受损率(7.69%)低于对照组(35.90%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床干预小儿腹腔镜巨结肠根治术期间,予以体位放置的舒适护理,具有较高的临床应用价值,能够缩短患儿康复时间,减少不良反应,使其护理工作更加满意,值得临床广泛推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of body position under the principle of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic radical resection of megacolon.Methods:A total of 78 children who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of megacolon in our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the children were divided into groups according to the lottery method.For example,the control group received routine nursing,and the research group implemented comfortable nursing intervention of body position and position.The nursing satisfaction,comfort,complications within 24 hours,surgical indicators,vital signs,and skin damage were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%),and the comfort level of the experimental group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group(71.79%).The duration of antibiotic use was shorter,the hospital stay was shorter,and the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were better.The skin damage rate in the experimental group(7.69%)was lower than that in the control group(35.90%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During clinical intervention in children with laparoscopic radical resection of megacolon,comfortable nursing with positional placement has high clinical application value.It can shorten the recovery time of children,reduce adverse reactions,and make their nursing work more satisfactory.It is worthy of wide clinical recommendation.
