强力定眩片+盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗眩晕症的有效性及对脑血流指标的影响

Efficacy of qianglidingxuan tablet+flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of vertigo and its effect on cerebral blood flow indexes

目的:探讨强力定眩片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊在眩晕症治疗中的疗效及对脑血流指标的影响。方法:在我院2020年1月-2022年1月收治的眩晕症患者中选取80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,研究组(40例)采用强力定眩片+盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,对照组(40例)采用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,对比两组脑血流指标、眩晕症状改善程度、有效性及安全性。结果:治疗后研究组左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月、2个月,组间眩晕症状量表(VSS-C)得分对比(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);组间用药安全性对比(对照组12.50%vs研究组7.50%)(P>0.05)。结论:采用强力定眩片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊能够缓解患者眩晕症状,具有“疗效确切、安全性尚可”等优势。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Liqiang Dingxuan tablet combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule in the treatment of vertigo and its influence on cerebral blood flow index.Methods:A total of 80 vertigo patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The study group(40 cases)was treated with strong Dingdaxi tablet+flunarizine hydrochloride capsule,while the control group(40 cases)was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule.Cerebral blood flow index,improvement degree of vertigo symptoms,effectiveness and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the blood flow velocity of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the scores of vertigo Symptom Scale(VSS-C)were compared between groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of drug safety between groups(control group 12.50%vs study group 7.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of strong Dingxuan tablets and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules can relieve the symptoms of vertigo in patients with"definite curative effect and fair safety"and other advantages.
