随访护理干预在幽门螺旋杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者中的应用效果及分析

Effect and analysis of follow-up nursing intervention in patients with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer

目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者中幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染阳性的患者接受随访护理干预的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年5月某医院消化内科收治的400例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,各200例,分别采用常规护理及常规护理+随访护理,比较两组患者用药依从性、复诊率以及Hp根除率。结果:实验组复诊率、完全依从率和总依从率均显著高于对照组(P<0.001);实验组部分依从率显著低于对照组(P<0.001);实验组Hp根除率也明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:消化性溃疡患者中Hp感染阳性的患者接受随访护理干预,可明显提高临床治疗效果,改善患者临床症状和预后,对控制患者病情及提高生活质量具有积极意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of follow-up nursing intervention on patients with peptic ulcer infected with Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods:400 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer treated in a department of gastroenterology from January 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 200 cases in each group.Routine nursing and routine nursing plus follow-up nursing were used respectively.The follow-up rate,medication compliance and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The follow-up rate,complete compliance rate and total compliance rate in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The partial compliance rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).And the Hp eradication rate in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The follow-up nursing intervention for patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer can significantly improve their clinical treatment effect,the clinical symptoms and prognosis.The follow-up nursing intervention also has positive significance in controlling the condition of patients and improving their quality of life.It is worthy of wide clinical application.
