俄罗斯知识产权管理现状研究

Research on Current Situation of Intellectual Property Management in Russia

本文结合当前俄罗斯知识产权的改革,分析俄罗斯知识产权管理的体制与机制情况,总结俄罗斯知识产权全员参与的管理模式;对俄罗斯知识产权市场(以专利为主)的数据进行分析,研究俄罗斯专利发展的现状和特点,归纳俄罗斯知识产权发展的目标和管理改革的措施。在此基础上,对我国知识产权管理工作提出了建议。

Combined with the current reform of intellectual property rights in Russia,this paper analyzes the system and mechanism of Russian intellectual property rights,and summarizes the management mode of Russian intellectual property rights with full participation.It also analyzes the data of Russia’s intellectual property market(mainly patents),studies the status quo and characteristics of Russia’s patent development,and summarizes the objectives of Russia’s intellectual property development and management reform measures.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward for the intellectual property management in China.
