俄罗斯萨哈林-1油气田开发现状及启示 被引量:1

摘要 我国是油气消费大国,俄罗斯是我国主要油气进口国之一,俄罗斯萨哈林近海蕴藏着丰富的油气资源,最近几年通过合资合作方式进行了大规模开发。从借鉴的角度出发,追踪了萨哈林-1项目的油田分布及开发历程;调研了萨哈林-1项目陆地钻机、海上钻井平台、陆地联合站、油气输送管线、陆地油气终端等设备设施;总结了萨哈林-1项目在油气产出、技术进步、社会效益等方面取得的成果;展望了萨哈林-1项目的未来发展。分析认为,俄罗斯萨哈林-1项目的合作开发取得了较大成功,为我国油田合作开发及技术引进起到了借鉴作用;萨哈林紧邻我国东北,萨哈林-1项目的油气有望进入我国东北地区,缓解我国油气紧张局面。 China is a big oil and gas consumer with Russia as one of its major importers.There are abundant oil and gas resources in Russia's Sakhalin offshore.In recent years,large-scale development has been carried out through joint ventures and cooperation.From the perspective of reference,the oilfield distribution and development process of Sakhalin-1 project were traced.The land drilling rig,offshore drilling platform,land combined station,oil and gas transmission pipeline,land oil and gas terminal and other equipment and facilities of Sakhalin-1 project were investigated.The achievements of Sakhalin-1 project in oil and gas output,technological progress and social benefits are summarized.The future development of sakhalin-1 project is prospected.The analysis shows that the cooperative development of Sakhalin-1 project in Russia has achieved great success,which plays a reference role for the cooperative development and technology introduction of China's oilfield.Sakhalin is close to the northeast of China,and the oil and gas of Sakhalin-1 project is expected to enter the northeast of China and relieve the oil and gas tension in China.
