摘要
我国标准化人才培养起步晚,存在着基础薄弱、培养体系不健全、模式欠科学等特点。因此建立科学规范的人才培养体系,对于我国标准化人才培养和管理至关重要。本文基于能力模型工具,从能力素质模型、课程体系的构建等方面阐述了培养体系建设的过程及具体做法,并通过运营商案例分析了企业标准化人才培养体系建立的过程和方法,旨在为其他行业或岗位培养体系的建设提供借鉴。
In China,standardization talents cultivation started late,which had some characteristics such as weak basis,incomplete cultivation system and inadequate model science.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific and normative talent training system is of great importance for China’s standardization talent training and management.Based on the competency model tool,this paper expounds the process and specific methods of the construction of the training system in the aspects of the ability and quality model and the construction of curriculum system,and analyzes the process and methods of the establishment of the enterprise standardization talents cultivation system through case study of telecommunication operators,which aims to provide reference for the construction of talent training system in other industries or posts.
