Engineering construction has been one of the three pillars of China’s national economic development for many years,and standardization has played a key role in its development.The standardization of engineering construction has experienced a domestic "cycle" for decades.Up to now,it is inevitable that engineering construction will go international.It is a heavy and important field in the "double circulation" of the national economy.The historical period has come when engineering construction shows its strength in the international "external circulation",and the domestic brilliant "internal circulation" will certainly reappear in the international "external circulation".
