摘要
我国缺陷消费品召回管理工作相较于西方发达国家起步较晚,但近几年间此项工作得到了迅速发展,成为产品质量监管体系一股后劲十足的补充力量。本文结合实际缺陷消费品召回管理工作,分析缺陷消费品召回管理工作所处时代背景和必要性,明确界定缺陷消费品召回相关术语内涵和外延,概括提炼实际召回管理工作中存在的急需解决的问题,最后借鉴国内外召回工作先进经验和方法,提出符合我国召回管理工作特点并对业务工作有指导性作用的对策。
Compared with western developed countries,the recall management of defective consumer products in China started late.But in recent years,the recall of defective consumer products in China has developed rapidly and becomes an added strength for the product quality supervision system.Combined with the actual defective consumer product recall management,this paper analyzes the background and necessity of defective consumer product recall management,clearly defines the connotation and extension of terms related to defective consumer product recall,and summarizes and refines the urgent problems in the actual recall management.It finally draws lessons from the advanced experience and methods of recall work at home and abroad,and puts forward countermeasures that are in line with the characteristics of recall management in China and play a guiding role in vocational work.
