产教融合背景下高职院校匠造班标准化人才培养模式实践探索 被引量:2

Practice and Exploration of the Training Mode of Craftsman Class Standardization Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industry-education Integration

摘要 当前,职业教育人才培养面临着校企供需不平衡、校企合作不够深入等现实问题,为培养更具适应性的学生,职业教育人才培养模式迫切需要进行标准化重构提升。本文基于机电一体化技术专业开展的“匠造班”标准化人才培养模式进行探索,剖析了产教融合背景下人才培养模式存在的问题、解决方案及实施建议,可以为职业院校开展人才培养模式改革提供参考。 At present,vocational education talent training is faced with practical problems such as school-enterprise supply and demand imbalance and less in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.In order to improve the adaptability of student training,vocational education talent training mode urgently needs to be reconstructed and upgraded.This paper explores the standardized talent training mode of "craftsman class" carried out by mechatronics technology major,analyzes the problems,solutions and implementation suggestions of talent training mode under the background of industry-education integration,which can provide reference for vocational colleges to carry out talent training mode reform.
