规范化疼痛管理联合临终关怀对晚期胃癌患者疼痛缓解及生活质量的影响

Effect of Standardized Pain Management Combined with Hospice Care on Pain Relief and Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:针对晚期胃癌患者出现疼痛、生活质量低下特点,分析规范化疼痛管理+临床关怀护理干预方案的应用价值。方法:本次研究开展于2021年5月~2022年1月时间阶段,就此阶段收治的晚期胃癌80例纳入此次研究。基于硬币正反原则分为2组,各有40例患者,分别接受常规护理(护理A组)和联合护理方案(护理B组)(疼痛管理+临终关怀)。记录不同护理干预方式下患者症状改善变化差异。结果:就2组胃癌患者接受不同护理的影响进行分析发现,在关于疼痛症状缓解方面,护理B组缓解效果明显,且生活质量得分显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:针对患者出现的癌痛症状,实施规范化护理管理,能帮助缓解患者癌痛,配合临终关怀的有效干预,能促使患者直面未来。

Objective:To analyze the application value of standardized pain management + clinical care nursing intervention program in patients with advanced gastric cancer,aiming at the characteristics of pain and low quality of life.Methods:This study was carried out from May 2021 to January 2022,including 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer treated at this stage.The patients were divided into two groups based on the positive and negative coin principle,with 40patients in each group receiving conventional care and combined care(pain management + hospice care) respectively.The difference of symptom improvement in patients with different nursing intervention methods was recorded.Results:The effect of different nursing in the two groups of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.The nursing group B had obvious relief effect in terms of pain symptom relief,and the score of quality of life was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the cancer pain symptoms of patients,the implementation of standardized nursing management can help relieve the cancer pain of patients,and combine with the effective intervention of hospice care,which can prompt patients to face the future.
