鸟巢式护理在新生儿标准化护理中的应用疗效及对护理效果的观察

Application Effect of Bird’s Nest Nursing in Standardized Nursing of Newborns and Observation of Nursing Effect

目的:观察鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年1月在蚌埠医学院第一附属医院护理的80例新生儿进行分析,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,对照组新生儿接受常规护理;研究组新生儿接受鸟巢式护理。对比两组新生儿护理28d后的生长发育变化及日常指标。结果:研究组新生儿体重增长、身长增长、头围增长指标均明显优于对照组,两组生长发育变化具有显著差异(P<0.05);研究组排便次数、进奶增加量、体温波动均明显优于对照组,两组日常指标有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:将鸟巢式护理应用于标准化护理新生儿中,能够促进新生儿生长发育,日常指标更好,护理效果显著,具有推广价值。

Objective:To observe the application effect of bird’s nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods:A total of 80 neonates nursed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected for analysis.They were divided into the study group and the control group by random number table method.Neonates in the control group received routine care,and neonates in the study group received bird’s nest nursing.The growth and development changes and daily indicators of the two groups of newborns after 28 days of nursing were compared.Results:The weight gain,body length growth and head circumference growth index of newborns in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there were significant differences in growth and development changes between the two groups(P<0.05).The defecating frequency,increase in milk intake and temperature fl uctuations in the study group were better than those in the control group,the daily indicators of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bird’s nest nursing in standardized nursing of newborns can promote the growth and development of newborns,with better daily indicators and significant nursing effect,which has promotion value.
