摘要
分析了管壳类产品在全自动平行缝焊机设备上产生次品的原因,针对产生次品的原因提出了几种相应的优化解决方案,主要从自动对位精度、焊接压力的稳定性、封焊参数三方面完善设计,影响因素改进后,通过现场批量生产验证,产品的次品率明显降低。
This paper analyzes the causes of defective products of shell and tube products in automatic parallel seam welding machine equipment,and puts forward several corresponding improvement solutions for the causes of defective products.It is pointed out that the design should be improved from three aspects:the accuracy of automatic alignment,the stability of welding pressure and the sealing welding parameters.By improving its factors and verifying in the field batch production,the rate of defective products is greatly reduced.
