基于双循环协同互动的中国制造业技术效率提升

Technical Efficiency Improvement of Chinese Manufacturing Industry Based on Double Cycle Synergy and Interaction

根据2012年、2015年和2017年中国30个省份区域间投入产出表和2006—2020年相关年鉴数据,在测算30个省份的价值链、出口产品规模以及出口技术复杂度的基础上,分析其对技术效率的影响。研究结果表明,在内循环和外循环的共同作用下,各省的制造业技术效率都可以得到提升。在进行指标替换、区分区域以及分位数回归之后,该结论依旧稳健。同时,测算结果显示,以不同指标作为外循环的衡量指标,东部省份与中西部省份的技术效率促进作用有所差别。以出口技术复杂度作为外循环的衡量指标,东部省份的促进作用高于中西部省份;以出口产品规模作为外循环的衡量指标,中西部省份的促进作用高于东部省份。此外,技术效率越高的省份受到的促进作用越大。

Based on the data from 2012,2015 and 2017 input-output tables of the 30 provinces in China and relevant almanac data from 2006 to 2020,this paper calculates the value chain,export product scale and export technology complexity of the 30 provinces,and its influence on technical efficiency is analyzed.The results show that the technical efficiency of manufacturing industry in all provinces can be improved under the combined action of internal and external circulation.The results remain robust after index substitution,regional differentiation and quantile regression.At the same time,the calculation results show that taking different indicators as the measurement indicators of external circulation,the promotion effect of technical efficiency between eastern provinces and central and western provinces will be different.When the complexity of export technology is taken as the measurement index of external circulation,the promotion effect of eastern provinces is higher than that of central and western provinces;when the scale of export products is taken as the measurement index of external circulation,the promotion effect of central and western provinces is higher than that of eastern provinces,but it is still a promotion effect on the whole.In addition,the higher the technical efficiency,the greater the promotion.
