高校辅导员亲和力:内涵、价值与修炼

Affinity of College Counselors:Connotation,Value and Cultivation

高校学生工作的特殊性决定了高校辅导员必须具备内在的亲和力,才能对大学生形成强大的影响力、凝聚力、吸引力、感召力和悦纳力,从而使自己的工作更具有针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。高校辅导员亲和力的形成并非一蹴而就,需进行长期的修炼才能内化而成。高校辅导员要提升内在亲和力,必须从四个方面加强修炼:锻造自己的政治品质而使自己具备坚定的理想信念,修炼自己的德行品质而使自己具备正义和善的德性,锤炼自己的心理素质而使自己具备稳定的心理品质与性格特征,建构自己的知识体系以提升自己的专业素养和品质。

The particularity of college students'work determines that college counselors must have inner affinity,so as to have strong influence,cohesion,attraction,appeal and acceptance to college students,and make their work more targeted,effective,attractive and appealing.The formation of affinity of college counselors is not achieved overnight,and it needs long-term cultivation to be internalized.This study believes that college counselors must strengthen themselves from four aspects to improve their inner affinity:to forge their own political quality with firm ideals and beliefs;to cultivate their own moral quality with justice and good virtue;to temper their own psychological quality with stable psychological quality and traits of character,and to construct their own knowledge system for specialty and quality.
