摘要
国家新一轮支持中部地区崛起政策的一大重点是促进中部地区绿色低碳发展,实现中部地区绿色崛起。文章结合物理—事理—人理(WSR)方法论,构建中部地区绿色发展水平评价指标体系,分析2010—2019年中部地区绿色发展状况,并通过Moran’s I及核密度估计对中部地区绿色发展水平的空间分布特征和演变情况进行研究。结果表明:中部地区绿色发展水平整体上呈稳步提升态势;结合中部地区绿色发展水平物理、事理、人理维度评价结果,湖北和湖南在人理维度层面表现较好,安徽在事理维度层面表现较好;在全局空间区域内,中部地区绿色发展水平总体表现出正向空间相关性;尽管中部六省绿色发展水平有一定提升,但总体上仍然较低,且绿色发展水平集中度近两年呈弱化态势。
A major focus of China’s new round of policies to support the rise of the central region is to promote green and low-carbon development in the central region and realize the green rise of the central region.This paper combines the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology to build the evaluation index system of the green development level in the central region,analyze the green development situation in the central region from 2010 to 2019,and study the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution of the green development level in the central region through Moran’s I and nuclear density estimation.The results show that the level of green development in the central region is steadily improving;based on the evaluation results of Wuli,Shili,and Renli dimensions of the green development level in the central region,Hubei and Hunan perform better in the Renli dimension,while Anhui performs better in the Shili dimension;in the overall spatial region,the green development level of the central region shows a positive spatial correlation;although the green development level of the six central provinces has improved to a certain extent,it is still lower in general,and the concentration of green development level has weakened in recent two years.
