摘要
目前在水工沥青混凝土面板防渗工程中,沥青混凝土面板与刚性建筑物之间的接头大多采用滑动式接头,这种结构不能满足接头三维大变形的要求。为此,提出了水工沥青混凝土面板与混凝土建筑物接头涂覆型止水结构。通过试验,发现了SK手刮聚脲与沥青混凝土面板之间的粘接强度与温度成线性关系,解决了SK手刮聚脲与沥青混凝土面板之间的粘接问题,验证了接头涂覆型止水结构三维变形量的大小可以通过改变塑性填料断面面积进行调整。接头涂覆型止水结构具有适应变形能力强、防渗性能好、施工简单等优点,是一种适用于抽水蓄能电站沥青混凝土面板与混凝土建筑物接头表层止水的新型结构。
At present,in the anti-seepage engineering of hydraulic asphalt concrete slab,the joints between asphalt concrete slabs and rigid buildings mostly adopt sliding joints,which cannot meet the requirements of three-dimensional large deformation of joints.Therefore,the coated water stop structure of the joint between hydraulic asphalt concrete slab and concrete building is proposed.Through the tests,it is found that the bonding strength between SK hand scraping polyurea and asphalt concrete slab is linearly related to temperature,which solves the bonding problem between SK hand scraping polyurea and asphalt concrete slab,and it is also verified that the three-dimensional deformation of coated water stop structure of joint can be adjusted by changing the cross-sectional area of plastic filler.The coated water stop structure of joint has the advantages of strong adaptability to deformation,good anti-seepage performance and simple construction.It is a new type of surface water stop structure suitable for the joints between asphalt concrete slab and concrete building of pumped-storage power station.
