摘要
近年来,桃源水电站受两次河道整治影响,尾水位降低,导致最大水头变大,超出了机组设计的运行范围,影响机组的安全运行。基于桃源水电站实际运行水位数据,分析了电站尾水位降低情况,获取了实际运行可能出现的最大水头;对该水头下水轮机主要部件的强度进行了复核,分析了最大水头变化后机组运行情况,复核了空化性能。从评估结果来看,最大水头提高后,部分部件强度超出标准值,空化情况将加重,机组运行安全性方面存在风险。
In recent years,the tail water level of Taoyuan Hydropower Station decreases as two river improvements,which results in the increase of maximum operation head of generating units.The increased maximum head exceeds the designed operating range of the units and may affect the safe operation of units.Based on the actual operating water level data of Taoyuan Hydropower Station,the reduction of the tail water level is analyzed,and the possible maximum water head that may occur in actual operation is obtained.The stresses of the main components of turbine under possible maximum head are reviewed,the operation safety of unit is analyzed and the cavitation performance is also reviewed.Based on the evaluation results,after the maximum water head is increased,the stresses of some components exceed the standard limits,the cavitation situation will be aggravated,and there is a risk in the operation safety of units.
