水电站调峰价值分析及其补偿机制研究

摘要 随着电网尖峰负荷的不断攀升,电网峰谷差逐年增大,电网调度对发电机组深度调峰能力的需求日趋凸显。通过研究小湾和糯扎渡(“两库”)水电站调峰价值,挖掘分析“两库”电站在调峰方面发挥的积极作用,调研梳理“两库”电站现有市场环境下调峰机制的现状与不足,提出水电调峰相关补偿机制及建议,可为建立科学合理的水电调峰补偿机制、促进发挥龙头水库的调峰能力提供参考。 With the continuous increase of the peak load of power grid,the peak-to-valley difference of the power grid increases year by year,and the demand for the deep peak regulation capacity of generation units is becoming more and more prominent from power grid dispatching.By studying the peak regulation values of the Xiaowan and Nuozhadu hydropower power stations,the positive effects of the two stations in peak regulation are analyzed,and the current situation and shortcomings of the relevant compensation mechanism for peak regulation of two stations under existing market environment are also investigated.Based on these analysis results,several suggestions for the compensation mechanism of hydropower peak regulation are put forward,which can provide a reference for establishing a scientific and reasonable hydropower peak regulation compensation mechanism and promoting the peak regulation capacity of leading reservoirs.
