摘要
为了研制有效防治瓜蚜的药剂,在室内采用喷雾法测定了氟啶虫酰胺、啶虫脒不同比例混配组合对黄瓜蚜虫的联合毒力,评价了最佳配比组合对蚜虫的田间药效。结果表明,氟啶虫酰胺与啶虫脒混配比例为5∶4(体积比)时,增效作用最显著。最佳配比混剂18%氟啶虫酰胺·啶虫脒可分散油悬浮剂使用剂量为30~37.5 g a.i./hm^(2)时,对黄瓜蚜虫的防效达85%以上,建议在黄瓜蚜虫发生始盛期施药1次,可有效控制蚜虫的危害。
In order to develop the effective insecticides for controlling the cucumber aphid Aphis gossypii,the co-toxicities of the mixtures of flonicamid and acetamiprid at different ratios were screened by spraying method in laboratory,and the field efficacy of the optimal ratio combination was conducted.The results showed that the mixture of flonicamid and acetamiprid at the ratio of 5∶4(by vol)had the most synergistic effect.The dosages of flonicamid·acetamiprid 18%OD during the beginning peak period of aphid was 30-37.5 g a.i./hm^(2),the control efficacy was above 85%.
