基于“四合”理念的应用型本科高校产业学院建设的思考

现代产业学院是应用型本科高校推进产教融合、深化校企协同育人的新型组织形态。文章介绍了产业学院建设的背景及意义,分析了当前产业学院建设中存在的主要问题和困难,并从“聚合、整合、融合、契合”四个方面提出了产业学院建设的理念和核心要素,旨在为应用型本科高校现代产业学院的建设提供新的思路和借鉴。

The contemporary industrial college is a new organizational form for application-oriented undergraduate universities to promote the integration of production and education and deepen the collaborative education between the university and enterprises.This paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of industrial colleges,analyzes the main problems and difficulties existing in the construction of industrial colleges at present,and puts forward the concept and core elements of the construction of industrial colleges from the aspects of“four integrations”.The purpose is to provide new ideas and reference for the construction of modern industrial colleges in application-oriented universities.
