摘要
胜任力模型的建立可以有效帮助人们挖掘在特定工作岗位中差异化表现的个人特质。该文以T大学的实证研究为例,构建了包含知识、能力、价值观、特质、动机5个方面,共24条胜任特征的高校本科生班主任胜任力模型,提出了胜任力视角下对于本科生班主任队伍选聘、培训、考核等方面的对策与建议。
The establishment of a competency model can effectively help people tap the personal characteristics of differentiated performance in specific jobs.Taking the empirical research of T University as an example,this paper constructs a competency model consisting of 24 competency traits of undergraduate head teachers in colleges and universities,including five aspects of knowledge,ability,values,characteristics and motivation,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the selection,training and assessment of undergraduate head teachers from the perspective of competency.
