高校教师党支部在师德师风建设中的作用探究——以J大学A研究院教工党支部为例

Research on the Role of College Teachers’Party Branches in the Construction of Teachers’Professional Ethics:Taking the Teachers’Party Branch of the A Research Institute of J University as an Example

新形势下,高校教师党支部承担着师德师风建设的重要职责,肩负着教师思想政治引领、师德师风宣传教育、师德师风监督考核等工作内容,在师德师风建设中发挥着主体作用。高校教师党支部应营造党支部建设与师德师风建设融合互补氛围,拓展党支部师德师风专题教育及实践活动,建立师生党支部联系互动机制,发挥党支部师德师风考核的协调激励作用,完善青年教师参与学生思政实践活动的机制,从而推动高校师德师风建设工作有效开展。

Under the new situation,college teachers’Party branches assume the important responsibility for the construction of teachers’professional ethics,and shoulder the tasks of ideological and political guidance of teachers,publicity and education of teachers’professional ethics,and supervision and assessment of teachers’professional ethics,playing a principal role in the construction of teachers’professional ethics.It is necessary to create an atmosphere in which the construction of teachers’Party branches and the construction of teachers’professional ethics integrate with each other and complement each other,expanding special education and practice activities organized by teachers’Party branches for the construction of teachers’professional ethics,establishing a mechanism of contact and interaction between teachers’Party branches and students’Party branches,and giving play to the coordinating and motivating role of teachers’Party branches in the assessment of the construction of teachers’professional ethics,and improving the mechanism for young teachers to participate in students’ideological and political practice,so as to promote the effective development of the construction of teachers’professional ethics in colleges and universities.
