Teaching Practice and Exploration of Comprehensive Microbiology Experiment for the Biotechnology Major

微生物学大实验是江苏海洋大学面向生物技术专业本科生开设的大实验课程,经过多年的教学实践与探索,实验教学取得了良好的效果。文章阐述了海洋特色生物技术专业微生物学大实验项目的前期准备、大实验的实施及其效果以及在实践教学过程中需要注意的问题等。微生物学大实验的实施,有助于学生对微生物学、分子生物学等相关知识的整合,培养学生的创新精神,提高学生的综合实践能力和科学研究能力。

Comprehensive Microbiology Experiment is a comprehensive experiment course for undergraduates majoring in biotechnology in Jiangsu Ocean University.After many years’practice and exploration,good results have been obtained.This paper expounds the preliminary preparation,experiment implementation,experiment effect and problems to be paid attention to in the process of practical teaching of the comprehensive microbiology experiment project based on the biotechnology major with marine characteristics.The implementation of comprehensive experiment can improve students’integration of knowledge and technology in microbiology and molecular biology,cultivate students’comprehensive practical ability,innovative spirit,and improve their ability of scientific research.
