Research progress of oral mucositis in pediatric oncology patients

摘要 口腔黏膜炎是儿童抗肿瘤治疗的常见并发症,不仅会引起强烈的疼痛,还会导致一些基本生理需求问题,如进食困难,影响患儿的生活质量,严重者甚至影响治疗方案的进展。本文综述儿童口腔黏膜炎的发病机制、危险因素、评估工具及预治策略,以期提高患儿抗癌治疗期间口腔健康,提升护理质量。
