线上教学在眼科学住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Online teaching mode in Ophthalmology Standardized Training for Residents

目的:讨论线上教学在眼科学住院医师规范化培训中的教学效果。方法:将腾讯会议平台融入到教学活动中,对60名眼科住院医师进行线上教学活动的问卷调查。结果:通过统计学分析,调查对象对线上的教学内容、教学水平和对教学平台的满意度很高。依托腾讯会议平台的线上教学方式,提高了学员的培训质量。在疫情后期,线上教学与线下教学相结合可延续使用。

Objective:The effect of online teaching in standardized training of ophthalmologists is discussed.Methods:The Tencent Meeting was integrated into the teaching activities,and a questionnaire survey was conducted among 60 ophthalmic residents.Results:Through statistical analysis,the survey objects are highly satisfied with the online teaching content,teaching level and teaching platform.Relying on Tencent Meeting,the quality of standardized training for ophthalmology residents has been improved.In the late stage of the epidemic,online teaching combined with offline teaching can be used continuously.
