摘要
目的:探索混合式教学法在助产士继续教育中的应用效果。方法:纳入某保健院产房助产士41名,比较实验组(混合式教学)与对照组(传统线下教学)的培训效果。结果:两组理论得分均有提高(P<0.001),且实验组理论和技能得分高于对照组(P<0.05);理论得分与在线时长呈中等程度相关(r=0.664,P=0.001)。结论:混合式教学可更好地提高助产士的理论知识成绩和技能操作水平,且在线学习时长越长,越有利于其对相关理论知识的理解与掌握。
Objective:To explore the application effect of blended learning in the midwives continuing education by combining online learning with conventional lecturing.Method:A total of 41 midwives from a delivery room were enrolled to compare the effect of blended learning and traditional teaching.Results:The knowledge scores of both were improved(P<0.001),and the experimental group’s knowledge and skill scores were higher(P<0.05).The knowledge performance was associated with the length of online learning(r=0.664,P=0.001).Conclusions:The blended learning can be better to improve midwives’knowledge and skills.The longer the online duration,the more beneficial it is to master the knowledge of free position.
