主题教学结合缺陷式情境教学法在中医药膳与食疗学课程教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨主题教学法与缺陷式情境教学法在中医药膳与食疗学通识课中的教学应用效果。方法:对照组采用常规教学法教学;实验组(实验1班为线下教学,实验2班为线上教学)采用主题教学法结合缺陷式情境教学法进行教学。结果:实验1班学生的理论成绩及药膳作品实践成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验2班学生则在期末理论成绩方面高于对照组和实验1班,但药膳作品实践成绩则低于实验1班和对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于主题教学与缺陷式情境教学法的线下教学模式,通过清晰中医药膳课程结构及纠正学生以往药膳错误的认识,更有利于学生正确中医思维的培养及辨证施膳(食)和药膳制作的实践能力的提高。 Objective:To explore the application effect of theme teaching method and defect situational teaching method in the general course of TCM dietotherapy.Methods:The students who took this course were divided into control group and experimental group.The classes in the control group are taught by conventional teaching method;The classes in the experimental group(Class 1 by offline teaching,class 2 by online teaching)were taught by the combination of theme teaching method and defect situational teaching method.Results:The theoretical and practical scores of students in experimental class 1 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The students in experimental class 2 were higher than those in control group and experimental class 1 in terms of final theoretical scores,but the practical scores of works about this course were lower than those in experimental class 1 and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The offline teaching mode combining theme teaching method and defective situational teaching method can clarify the course structure clearly and correct students’wrong understanding.This teaching mode is more conducive to cultivating students’correct thinking of TCM and improving their ability to correctly use Chinese dietary therapy.
