中国共产党百年奋斗史,就是一部百年民生发展史。迄今为止,中国共产党制定的三个历史决议,忠实地记录了党在百年奋斗中对民生的关注,展现了党的民生思想的历史变迁,凝练了鲜明的百年民生思想特征:“民生救国”“民生立国”“民生富国”“民生强国”,呈现出鲜明的“阶级本位”“国家本位”“人民本位”的民生价值观。三个历史决议中的民生思想,是中国共产党百年民生发展的经验总结,具有重要的时代意义。

The CPC’s century-long striving history is a century-long history of the development of people’s livelihood.The three historical resolutions formulated by the Communist Party of China so far have faithfully recorded the party’s concern for people’s livelihood in the course of a hundred years of struggle,showed the historical changes of the party’s people’s livelihood thinking,condensed the distinctive characteristics of the people’s livelihood ideology of the past century,and the contents of the people’s livelihood ideology of“saving the country with people’s livelihood”,“building the country with people’s livelihood”,“enriching the country with people’s livelihood”,and“enhancing the country with people’s livelihood“,and presenting distinct people’s livelihood values of“class-based”,“state-based”and“people-oriented”.The people’s livelihood thinking in the three resolutions is a summary of the CPC’s experience in the development of people’s livelihood in the past hundred years,and is of great significance to the times.
