摘要
随着电子计算机硬件和软件技术的不断发展,各种智能化设备在社会生产和生活中开始广泛应用,基于智能化平台的各种应用软件越来越多。而这些应用软件的核心是各种能够实现计算机自动化、智能化及自主性运行的算法,二分法的机器实现是算法社会产生的物理基础。算法对于人类社会的生产和生活带来了越来越大的影响,在给人们的生产生活既带来巨大机遇的同时,也带来了很多问题,以至于人们认为出现了一个新型的算法社会。运用二分法来观察算法社会,就能对算法社会有一个简明的图式化理解。算法社会最底层物理逻辑是基于人类二分法思维特征之上的,能够在计算机上运行的二进制。算法和算力是人工智能的核心,也构成了算法社会的两大基础。在算法社会,目前面临着算法编制的专业技术垄断和算法使用对于人们隐私的侵犯两个亟待关注的议题。为此,必须加强有关方面的立法,提高算法研发的透明性,增加算法的可理解性。
With the continuous development of electronic computer hardware and software technology,there are more and more application software based on the basic computer platform,which can directly provide applications for people,and the core of these application software is a variety of algorithms that can make computer automation,intelligent and autonomous operation.With the wide application of various intelligent equipment based on computer technology in social production and life,the algorithm has a growing impact on the production and life of human society,which brings great opportunities and many problems to people’s production and life so that people think that a new algorithm society has emerged.Using the dichotomy method to observe the algorithmic society,we can have a concise schematic understanding of the algorithmic society.The bottom physical logic of the algorithmic society is a binary based on the characteristics of human dichotomy thinking,which can be run on a computer.It has two bases:algorithms and computing power.In the algorithm society,people are currently facing with two urgent problems:the professional technology monopoly of algorithm preparation and the invasion of people’s privacy by the use of algorithm.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the relevant legislation,improve the transparency of algorithm research and development,and increase the intelligibility of algorithms.
