行业企业有效参与现代学徒制的实践培训,建构科学的现代学徒制课程体系,以及配备优秀的现代学徒制教育和培训师资,无疑在一定程度上保障了英美现代学徒制的成功。这对我国现代学徒制的实施具有借鉴性,我国在现代学徒制推进中也需进一步充分发挥行业企业在现代学徒制中的特殊作用,全面加强对现代学徒制课程的开发建设一流的现代学徒制师资队伍。

The success of modern apprenticeship in Britain and America is largely due to the effective participation of industries and enterprises,the scientific construction of modern apprenticeship curriculum system,and the excellent teaching staff.Based on the enlightenment of Britain and American modern apprenticeship,it is suggested that modern apprenticeship should also be promoted in higher vocational education of China,and industries and enterprises should be encouraged to participate in the education process,so that the function of industry and enterprise can be brought in to full play.In addition,it is also essential to develop modern apprenticeship curriculum system and build high level teaching staff.
