摘要
针对传统督教、督学、督管惯性思维下的重督轻导、督而未改、导而不力的问题,研究新时代高职教学督导工作的新要求、新站位和新标准,构建高职教学督导科学评价、精细诊断、精准指导、推动“三教”(教师、教材、教法)改革的“评诊导改”一体化工作新模式,实践高职教学督导赋能高职院校提质培优的新路径,有效提高了高职教学督导工作的针对性、可行性和有效性。
Teaching supervision plays an important role in vocational education,while too much stress has been given to supervision instead of guidance,as a result problems still exist.This essay discusses the new requirements and standards for teaching supervision in the new era,attempts to establish a new supervision model which involves evaluation,diagnosis,guidance and correction,with a view to promoting teaching reform in higher vocational colleges and improving teaching quality.
