工作手册式教材定位、内容与编排研究

Research on Workbook Type Textbooks for Higher Vocational Education

摘要 从工作手册式教材编写开发角度出发,在梳理总结工作手册式教材相关文献和编写案例的基础上,以《ZigBee应用技术案例集成开发》工作手册式教材开发为例,就工作手册式教材定位、内容选取和组织编排进行了探讨,提出要从专业分工对接岗位分工角度出发考虑教材定位,以胜任岗位工作所需要的专业知识、专业技能、职业素养和未来职业发展需要确定教材内容,要依照岗位工作流程或典型工作案例实施流程和技能养成循序渐进规律组织教材编排,使工作手册式教材能发挥所应具有的岗前培训、岗中指导、岗后提升作用。 Based on literature and examples,this essay discusses the development and publishing of workbook type textbooks.Taking the textbook of Integrated Development cases of ZigBee Application Technology as an example,this essay discusses the positioning,the content selection and arrangement of the book.It is pointed out that the content selection should be based on real job requirements including knowledge,skills and professional quality,and that the content should be organized according to the real working process,so that the textbook can play a good role in the job skills training at different stages.
