摘要
定向培养士官是部队依托普通高等学校培养高素质士官人才的一种新模式,为部队建设贡献了源源不断的高质量军事骨干人才。在实践中发现,士官生与普通大学生在心理问题类型、所需心理素质等方面存在差异。加强对士官生心理状况的研究了解,探索士官生心理健康教育模式对于维护士官生心理健康,提高其心理健康素养,建设强大国防具有十分重要的意义。本文围绕士官生心理健康教育这一主题,形成了“基于差异,重视二个关键期,主抓三条教育路径,筑牢四级危机干预体系”的定向培养士官生心理健康教育模式。
Training of non-commissioned officers in higher vocational colleges is a new model of military talent training for the army.In the training practice,it is found that non-commissioned officers tend to have different mental problems with other college students and there are special requirements for non-commissioned officers’mental quality.To maintain the mental health of non-commissioned officers is of great significance for the national defence,therefor this essay discusses measures for mental health education in higher vocational colleges so as to help maintain the mental health of non-commissioned officers.
