摘要
采用肋板拉入法施工的船体分段,因为其特殊的结构设计形式影响了水密角焊缝充气试验的成功率,本文研究的重点是如何实现水密角焊缝充气试验和肋板拉入法这两种先进工艺方法之间的有机融合,通过梳理现场施工中普遍存在的问题,并针对这些问题进行了具体分析,研究创新了一套科学合理的控制工艺,并提出了一些解决难点的辅助方案,从而可以大幅度提高水密角焊缝充气试验的成功率。
Because the special structural design of hull segments constructed by rib pull-in method affects the success rate of watertight fillet weld inflation test,the focus of this paper is to realize the organic integration between the two advanced techniques of watertight fillet weld inflation test and rib pull-in method.By combing the common problems in site construction,and analyzing these problems in detail,a scientific and reasonable control process is researched and innovated,and some auxiliary schemes to solve the difficulties are put forward,which can greatly improve the success rate of watertight fillet weld inflation test.
