摘要
以9400TEU集装箱为例,为确保吊装安全,采用TSV-BLS吊装仿真软件构建总段有限元模型,对该船上建的总段吊装(简称整吊)进行了模拟吊装过程仿真,通过仿真模拟吊装过程,对总段模型进行有限元计算分析;经过多次分析结果对吊装方案进行调整及修正,最终达到准确预测吊装变形,优化最佳吊装方案,不仅提高了吊装安全性,而且能在一定程度上降低材料的成本。
Taking 9400TEU container ship as an example,in order to ensure the lifting safety,TSV-BLS lifting simulation software is used to build finite element model for the super structure section of container ship,and to simulate the lifting process of the section.According to the simulation process,the finite element calculation and analysis of the section model is carried out.Based on the analysis results,the lifting scheme is optimized,and the lifting deformation is predicted accurately at last and the best lifting scheme is obtained.The simulation process not only improves the lifting safety,but also reduces the material cost to a certain extent.
