摘要 随着海洋工程装备的快速发展,越来越多的钻井平台和高端船舶都配备了DP-3动力定位系统。出于安全考虑,各大船级社对DP-3船舶的冗余设计要求极高,这就为船舶电气设计带来了诸多困难和挑战。本文通过介绍船级社对DP-3船舶的冗余设计要求,分析DP-3动力定位船舶电气设计的重难点,并结合DP-3深潜水实船设计案例,分析提出了DP-3船舶电气设计难点问题解决方法,为装配了DP-3系统的高端海工装备电气设计提供设计指导和参考依据。 With the rapid development of offshore engineering equipment,more and more drilling platforms and high-end ships are equipped with DP-3 dynamic positioning system.For safety reasons,major classification societies have high requirements for the redundancy design of DP-3 ships,which brings many difficulties and challenges to the electricity design of ships.This paper introduces the redundancy design requirements of the classification society for DP-3 ships,analyzes the difficulties and problems in the electricity design for ships equipped with DP-3 dynamic positioning system,and proposes corresponding solutions based on real designing cases of DP-3 deep diving ships,which will give guidance to the electricity design for high end marine equipment with DP-3 dynamic positioning system.
