多元供给视域下儿童教育APP指导服务研究

摘要 了解儿童及家长对教育APP的使用情况及服务需求有助于公共图书馆在数字时代向读者提供有针对性的资源与服务。文章通过问卷调查发现,儿童教育APP在家长及学龄儿童中的应用十分普遍,然而移动应用市场里海量的儿童教育数字资源却为人们的选用带来了困惑,同时儿童和家长群体在面向儿童数字媒体资源的需求上也呈现出较大的差异,希望能从图书馆得到数字媒体相关服务支持与帮助的需求十分强烈。因此文章提出将数字媒体指导纳入常规服务、构建儿童教育APP评价体系、优化数字馆藏结构及加强馆员数字素养培训的服务策略,对用户进行有针对性的指导服务。 Understanding children’s and parents’use of educational apps and service needs enables public libraries to provide targeted resources and services to readers in the digital age.The article found through questionnaires that children’s educational apps are commonly used among parents and school-age children.However,the vast amount of digital resources for children’s education in the mobile application market makes users more confused in making selections.At the same time,the needs of children and parent groups for children’s digital media resources also show a large difference,and they are eager to receive digital media-related service support and assistance from libraries.Therefore,the article proposes the service strategies of integrating digital media guidance into regular services,constructing an evaluation system for children’s educational apps,optimizing the structure of digital collections,and strengthening digital literacy training for librarians to provide targeted guidance services to users.
